Red Hot Centerpieces to Go with your Table Runner!

by Shelli on February 12, 2009

Have you had a chance to make your Sweetheart Table Runner featured at YCMT? This free download will have you making them for not only Valentine’s Day, but if you pick your fabrics just right, you’ll be making them for all kinds of occasions!

Making that table runner was just the start of a festive dinner ready to be set for my family. I also created these “Red Hot” centerpieces made from items I found at the dollar store!

Materials Needed: (per centerpiece)

  • Goblet
  • Votive candle
  • Red Hot candy
  • Two strands of ribbon

I’ve seen these done with candy corn and Mason jars for Autumn, so I liked the romantic twist this had for the holiday. (Plus, it will look really great with your Valentine table runner!)

Have fun!

I came over from the old blog – and I can’t find a feed for this one! Please fix that so I can add you to my blog reader and keep up on new posts! :) Thanks!

Shelli! This is just perfect! Just what I needed for Saturday and because it looks so easy to put together, I’m going to be able to make it in a jiffy. Thanks so much! BEAUTIFUL table runner by the way!
